Friday Thoughts …

A neurological disease that negatively challenges the brain, the body and the behaviour of the victim – and thus these victims can seem “demented” – a most degrading word.

Calling the victim’s disease “Dementia” is perhaps an unkind and unproductive word, for suffers, who in early 2019, live with an untreatable disease, which debilitates victims and leads to anger, confusion, fear and sadly, isolation.

Please be kind, quiet and gentle with victims living with the dreaded, “big D”.

We are not dangerous and this neurological disease is most challenging for victims and our families and our supporters.

Reading Paul Graham

Can Do

People don’t want to know
what you are doing,
or how you do it,
or how you learned it,
or what you DID do.

People want to know,
HOW,
what you are doing now,
or what you can do,
AND what you WILL DO, for them,
and how what you do,
is going to
Empower
Capacitate
Motivate,
and thus,
enable THEM,
to do what THEY,
MOST want to accomplish.

Public Face

What face do you show publicly?

Would your wife, children and grandchildren recognise you whilst you were “on show” to your “public”?

It can be hard.

Would your “public” recognise you when you were at home with your family?
